EEAS CSDP Civilian Missions
Civilian CSDP missions (monitoring, advisory, and capacity-building) staffed mainly through member-state secondment, with a smaller contracted contingent. Calls list mission, function, and grade; selected staff deploy under the mission chain of command, not as EEAS HQ officials. This mock route covers the civilian-mission path on the programmes index.
Eligibility
Seconded posts require nomination by an EU member state (or invited third state). Contracted posts are advertised separately and still need security clearance and mission medical fitness.
