Defence, security, and resilience vacancies are scattered across employer portals. Closing windows can be short. The facts that decide whether a post is even open to you often sit a few clicks away from the title.

dsr.careers is a careers directory for that cluster: NATO International Staff and agencies, EU security bodies, the UN peace-and-security cluster, national civil defence and intelligence employers, and defence-tech firms and primes. You browse organizations, scan openings, and apply on the employer’s own portal.

Roles from the employers this directory covers appear in a single list. You can scan by organization, duty station, work area, grade, and engagement type instead of hopping from portal to portal.

Essential details up front

Each job page puts the employer, duty station, deadline, and official apply link near the top. Citizenship, clearance, languages, and work mode show when the source states them.

A direct link to the official portal

Every listing points at the employer’s vacancy and application page. That notice is the authority for eligibility, closing time, and how to apply.

Clear update dates

Listings keep posted, deadline, and last checked as separate fields. Last checked is when the official source was reviewed, not when the employer published the post. See About the data for how those dates work in this build.

Context beyond the vacancy

A vacancy rarely explains how an institution hires, what a grade means, or whether you need a national nomination first. Organization pages collect official pay bands, benefits, and portal links. Programme pages cover internships, young-professional intakes, and secondments. Career guides will later cover clearance, language rules, and entry routes; the pages here are still stubs.

Information that cannot be supported is left out. Empty fields are omitted rather than filled with guesses.

Where the site’s role ends

dsr.careers is an independent publication. It has no affiliation with NATO, the EU, the UN, national ministries, or any employer it lists. It does not take applications, does not forward CVs, and does not assess anyone’s chances.

Coverage is not complete. Notices change between checks. Confirm the official portal before you apply. The directory can make openings easier to find. It cannot promise an outcome.
